User Account & Certificate Responsibility

Your responsibilities for accurate information and certificate integrity.

Effective Date: March 8, 2026

1. Accurate Information

Students must provide accurate personal and licensing information when creating an account, enrolling in a course, or entering license details after completing a quiz. This includes your full legal name, email address, license number, and license type.

2. Certificate Generation

Certificates of completion are generated using the information you submit during the course completion process. 1StopCEUs.com relies on the accuracy of user-provided data to produce certificates and report completions.

3. Errors from Incorrect Information

1StopCEUs.com is not responsible for certificate errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by the student. This includes misspelled names, incorrect license numbers, or wrong license types.

4. Certificate Review

Students should review their certificate immediately after course completion to verify that all information is correct. If you notice an error, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist with corrections.

5. Record Retention

Students should retain copies of their certificates for their personal records. While 1StopCEUs.com maintains completion records, it is the student's responsibility to keep a copy of their certificate as proof of completion for their own files and for potential verification.

6. Certificate Integrity & Fraud Prevention

Certificates issued by 1StopCEUs.com may not be altered, transferred, falsified, or used by another person. Each certificate represents the completion of a specific course by a specific individual.

  • Fraudulent submissions — including false names, false license numbers, or completing a course on behalf of another person — may result in certificate invalidation.
  • Access to the 1StopCEUs.com platform may be suspended or terminated for suspected fraud.
  • 1StopCEUs.com may cooperate with licensing authorities, in the investigation of suspected fraud or certificate misuse.
