1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which provide immediate electronic access to course materials upon enrollment, refunds are generally not issued once course access has been granted.

2. Course Exchanges

If you have selected the incorrect renewal course for your license type, 1StopCEUs.com may, at its sole discretion, offer a course exchange for the correct course. Course exchange requests must be submitted to our support team before the original course quiz has been completed.

3. Promotional Pricing

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes apply to license renewal courses only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made for the same course enrollment, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.

5. Transaction Processing Fees

For any eligible refund, transaction processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are assessed by the payment processor at the time of the original transaction.

1. Reporting to the DBPR

Course completions may be reported to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) when required by applicable regulations. 1StopCEUs.com submits completion reports to the DBPR on behalf of students who successfully complete approved continuing education courses.

2. Reporting Timelines

Reporting timelines may vary depending on regulatory requirements, processing schedules, and the volume of completions. 1StopCEUs.com makes reasonable efforts to report completions in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific reporting date or timeframe.

3. Student Responsibility — Renewal Deadlines

Students remain solely responsible for completing their continuing education courses before their license renewal deadline. 1StopCEUs.com is not responsible for late renewals, lapsed licenses, or penalties resulting from a student's failure to complete courses on time.

4. Student Responsibility — Verification

Students are responsible for verifying their renewal status directly with the state board. 1StopCEUs.com provides certificates of completion for your records, but the state board is the authoritative source for license status and continuing education credit verification.

5. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of reporting depends on the accuracy of the personal and licensing information you provide during course enrollment. Please ensure your name, license number, and license type are correct before completing your course.

Effective Date: March 8, 2026

1. Accurate Information

Students must provide accurate personal and licensing information when creating an account, enrolling in a course, or entering license details after completing a quiz. This includes your full legal name, email address, license number, and license type.

2. Certificate Generation

Certificates of completion are generated using the information you submit during the course completion process. 1StopCEUs.com relies on the accuracy of user-provided data to produce certificates and report completions.

3. Errors from Incorrect Information

1StopCEUs.com is not responsible for certificate errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by the student. This includes misspelled names, incorrect license numbers, or wrong license types.

4. Certificate Review

Students should review their certificate immediately after course completion to verify that all information is correct. If you notice an error, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist with corrections.

5. Record Retention

Students should retain copies of their certificates for their personal records. While 1StopCEUs.com maintains completion records, it is the student's responsibility to keep a copy of their certificate as proof of completion for their own files and for potential verification.

6. Certificate Integrity & Fraud Prevention

Certificates issued by 1StopCEUs.com may not be altered, transferred, falsified, or used by another person. Each certificate represents the completion of a specific course by a specific individual.

  • Fraudulent submissions — including false names, false license numbers, or completing a course on behalf of another person — may result in certificate invalidation.
  • Access to the 1StopCEUs.com platform may be suspended or terminated for suspected fraud.
  • 1StopCEUs.com may cooperate with licensing authorities, in the investigation of suspected fraud or certificate misuse.
