We send electronic course completion reports every day, multiple times. This year, the Florida DBPR electronic course reporting system has been experiencing longer than normal delays. So far, the average processing time has been approximately 3 business days after your report is submitted. Please allow the state this amount of time before expecting to see your continuing education credits post to your records. If you still do not see your education credits in the correct place in your portal, then proceed with a support ticket, but not until then. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE FLORIDA DBPR LICENSE SERVICES PORTAL
When looking for your continuing education credits in the Florida DBPR License Services Portal, please look in the correct renewal period to find them. The DBPR portal is confusing on how the credits post once you pay your renewal fees. After you pay your renewal fees, you can no longer find your continuing education credits on the main window. To find your credits, you need to use the drop-down menu just above the main window and then click on the renewal period dates that you are looking for. This will bring your credits back to the main window. HINT: LOOK CLOSELY AT THE DATES. If you are looking at the wrong date, you are looking in the wrong place.
